I was contacted by Channel Five and asked if I would appear on Fern Britton's new TV series called 'My Cornwall', so we hopped into the witch mobile with my Cauldron, and with help to carry everything from the TV crew (thank you guys!) I just about made it to the stunning location they had chosen, just outside Padstow. I chatted with Fern around my Cauldron about how the Cornish Sea witches of old practiced their weather magic and would be paid by fishermen and sailors to quell storm...

The BBC contacted me and asked if I would like to have a chat and conduct some Merlinesque style spelling with Jonathan Ross for his new TV series on Channel Four, 'Myths and Legends'. The interview was held at one of my favourite caves, Merlin's Cave in Tintagel, Cornwall, and we chatted about Merlin and the alledged shape shifting spell he conducted for Uther Pendragon. After a tad of spell crafting in my Cauldron we then communed with, and honoured the spirits of the Sea together....

I dedicate this poem to all women who may have felt like this during any prolonged severe hormonal surges, I wrote this poem after I realised the very deep depression and anxiety attacks that had caused me to become so upset, wanting to runaway and then feeling utterly reclusive aged 44 were a result of the onset of very severe peri-menopausal hormones. It was only when I slapped an HRT patch on my arm to see if it was my hormones causing me to feel like this, and then three days I was com...

The WitchlingI remember the day the witchling arrived, Autumn had painted the moor,
and a whispering breeze sang a song through the trees, as the mist drifted down from the tor.
None but I saw the witchling run wild in the wood, and chant under starry lit sky,
none but I heard her croak with the ravens above, and her magic entranced none but I.
Dragonflies landed so soft on her palm, the corvids fed straight from her hand,
and the starlings’ display seemed to mimic her moves, as she circl...

Meggie Moon - She was rescued as a fledgeling from behind a bin in Totnes and after much tic and care she was fully rewilded. She did come back daily for treats, and we ended up having about forty jackdaws queuing up on our back garden fence daily for treats also. We said our goodbyes to them all the day before we moved from Devon back to Cornwall, and then on returning back to our old house a few months later the neighbour informed us that she hadn't seen any of the jackdaws since our dep...

I am a Priestess of St Nectan's Kieve, an ancient waterfall in North Cornwall. I regard this sacred place as my temple and have been conducting ceremonies here for over thirty years. On the Autumn Equinox of 2020 our waterfall priestess group met to give healing back to our beloved waterfall goddess, Silina (She whispered her name to me many years ago). What happened next is the stuff of old myths, I literally became a 'Lady of the Lake' in mid ceremony, I was wielding my windr...
